以聚乙二醇(PEG)-6000作为渗透剂模拟水分胁迫,胁迫溶液渗透势范围在-0.3~-0.7 MPa,分析进行玉米种子水分胁迫萌发试验的条件;以种子萌发抗旱指数为依据对97份玉米自交系进行萌芽期抗旱性鉴定。结果表明,-0.5 MPa(PEG)-6000处理可以作为玉米萌芽期抗旱性鉴定的水分胁迫条件;在相同剂量的PEG-6000胁迫溶液下,相关分析显示,千粒重与相对发芽率呈显著负相关,与活力抗旱指数呈极显著负相关,与萌发抗旱指数未呈显著性相关。
The PEG-6000 was used as the osmotic agent to simulate water stress, and the osmotic potential of stress solution ranged from -0.3 to -0.7 MPa. The conditions for the germination test of maize seed water stress were analyzed. Based on drought resistance index of seed germination, 97 Drought Resistance Identification of Maize Inbred Lines at Germination Stage. The results showed that the treatment of -0.5 MPa (PEG) -6000 could be used as the water stress condition for the drought resistance of maize in the germination stage. Under the same dosage of PEG-6000 stress solution, the correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between the 1000-grain weight and the relative germination rate, There was a significant negative correlation between vigor drought resistance index and germination drought resistance index.
