介绍了一种基于电液比例技术的防爆液压提升机提升速度微机控制系统,它是在原系统的基础上加入了电液比例换向阀及微机控制系统,采用闭环控制及PID控制算法以确保系统反应灵敏,提高控制精度。同时为其设计了适用于微机系统的接口电路及相关控制软件。模拟试验结果证明了此设计的合理性。
A kind of microcomputer speed control system based on electro-hydraulic proportional technology is introduced, which is based on the original system by adding electro-hydraulic proportional valve and computer control system.
