胃原发恶性肿瘤以癌肿占极大多数,平滑肌肉瘤少见。因其发病率较低,早期临床症状不明显,且表现不一,术前往往难以明确诊断。现就我院近十年(1970—1979年)来收治的4例,并收集国内文献报告28例进行分析讨论。临床资料分析本院收治4例临床资料(见表),加上国内文献报道的28例,计32例。一、性别与年龄:各组报告男女之比差别较大,总计男女之比为2.2:1.发病年龄 The primary malignancies of the stomach are cancers, and leiomyosarcoma is rare.
