目的:建立灯盏生脉胶囊中灯盏花乙素含量测定的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)。方法:选用Water XTerra RP C18色谱柱(5μm,4.6×150 mm),以乙腈-0.02 mol/L磷酸二氢钾(含0.1%三乙胺)(15∶85,v/v)为流动相;流速:1.0 m L/min。检测波长为334 nm。柱温及进样器温度:室温。结果:灯盏花乙素在6-100μg/m L的浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9991。灯盏花乙素的平均加样回收率为100.14,RSD=1.14。结论:HPLC法测定灯盏生脉胶囊中灯盏花乙素含量操作简便,结果准确,重现性好,可用于控制灯盏生脉胶囊的质量。
Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of scutellarin in Dengzhan Shengmai capsule. Methods: Water XTerra RP C18 column (5μm, 4.6 × 150 mm) was used with mobile phase of acetonitrile 0.02 mol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate (containing 0.1% triethylamine) (15:85, v / v) Flow rate: 1.0 m L / min. The detection wavelength is 334 nm. Column temperature and injector temperature: room temperature. Results: The sclerophyllin showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 6-100 μg / mL, r = 0.9991. The average recovery of scutellarin 100100, RSD = 1.14. Conclusion: HPLC method for the determination of Dengzhaishengmai capsules scallop B-simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used to control the quality of Dengzhan Shengmai capsules.
