以Visual Studio软件作为系统开发平台,采用C++语言进行脚本程序的编译,利用Open GL技术,基于MFC类库,开发了浇注系统辅助设计平台.该系统可以提取铸件(STL文件)的几何特征(铸件的表面积、体积等),并按照预设的重力方向计算铸件轮廓面的最大值(作为假设的分型面),显示并输出计算结果.根据计算结果并结合铸件的几何特征可确定浇注系统分型面位置以及设计浇注系统.“,”The gating system aided design platform was developed with the help of Visual Studio software as system development platform and the C+ + language as the scripting program by using Open GL technology based on MFC class library.The system can extract geometric features (surface area,volume,et al.)of castings(STL file),and can calculate the maximum value of the contour of the casting (as the assumed parting surface) according to the preset gravity direction with displaying and outputing calculation results.According to the geometric characteristics of the casting,the calculated results can be used to determine the location of parting surface of the casting and design the gating system.
