目的了解宝鸡文理学院大学生故意和非故意伤害行为,以便有针对性地提出干预措施。方法对文理学院17个系部的共计1 816名学生采用中国青少年健康危险行为调查表进行调查。结果骑车时双手离把发生率为9.6%,攀附其他车辆发生率为12.3%,追逐与打闹发生率为9.4%,骑车带人发生率为21.8%,骑车逆行发生率为9.5%,闯红灯或乱穿马路发生率为13.6%,在双手离把、攀扶其他车辆、骑车逆行、闯红灯或乱穿马路方面各年级差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。去非安全场所游泳次数游泳的人数比例为7.0%,性别间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);色情动作与玩笑发生率为20%,男女发生率(P<0.01)与年级发生率(P<0.01)差异均有统计学意义;男同学打架次数明显多于女同学(P<0.05);有9.4%同学认为学习压力大,年级间发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在尝试离家出走方面,年级间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宝鸡文理学院大学生故意与非故意伤害行为不容忽视,针对大学生的年龄、性别和年级的特点进行文化建设、性教育、挫折教育、综合性健康教育,建立大学生心理研究中心等,以达到预防、控制、减少学校伤害的目的。
Objective To understand the intentional and unintentional injury behavior of college students in Baoji University of Arts and Sciences in order to put forward targeted interventions. Methods A total of 1 816 students from 17 faculties of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences were investigated using the Chinese Adolescent Health Risk Behavior Questionnaire. As a result, the rate of two-handed departure was 9.6%, that of other vehicles climbing to 12.3%, that of chasing and slaughtering was 9.4%, that of bicycling was 21.8%, and that of cycling was 9.5% The incidence of red-light or indiscriminate crossing of roads was 13.6%. There was significant difference in all grades in terms of hands-off, climbing other vehicles, cycling retrograde, red light or crossing the road (P <0.01). (P <0.05). The incidence of sexual activity and joke was 20%, the incidence of male and female (P <0.01) and the incidence of grade ( (P <0.05); 9.4% of the students think that the study pressure is big, the difference between the grade is statistically significant (P <0.05); In trying to run away from home, the grade difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The intentional and unintentional injury behaviors of college students in Baoji University of Arts and Sciences can not be neglected. Cultural construction, sex education, setback education, comprehensive health education and the establishment of undergraduate psychology research center are aimed at the characteristics of undergraduates’ age, sex and grade so as to achieve the goal of prevention, Control, reduce the purpose of school injuries.
