目的探讨应用荧光分析法在新生儿G6PD缺乏症筛查中的应用效果。方法新生儿出生72h后采足跟血,滴在S&S903滤纸上制成干血片,采用荧光分析法测定G6PD活性进行初筛,用G6PD/6PGD比值法确诊。结果南昌地区G6PD缺乏症的检出率为0.415%;荧光分析法与G6PD/6PGD比值法的符合率为98.7%;荧光分析法的临界值为2.26U/g Hb。结论应用荧光分析法灵敏度高,结果客观准确且实验数据可长期保存,适合进行大规模的G6PD缺乏症筛查。
Objective To explore the application of fluorescence analysis in the screening of neonatal G6PD deficiency. Methods The newborn was harvested at 72 h after hemorrhage. Blood samples were collected on S & S 903 filter paper. The G6PD activity was determined by fluorescence analysis and confirmed by G6PD / 6PGD ratio. Results The detection rate of G6PD deficiency in Nanchang was 0.415%. The coincidence rate of fluorescence analysis with G6PD / 6PGD ratio was 98.7%. The critical value of fluorescence analysis was 2.26U / g Hb. Conclusion The high sensitivity of fluorescence analysis method, objective and accurate results and experimental data can be stored for a long time, suitable for large-scale G6PD deficiency screening.
