基于NDIR的红外气体浓度信息检测系统

针对热光源气体检测系统存在长期漂移和稳定性差的问题,基于非分光红外(NDIR)气体检测技术,结合双通道探测方法,设计并研制了红外气体浓度信息检测系统.该系统采用双椭球型气室结构,可以在小空间内实现长光程,从而降低了气体浓度检测下限,同时引入了双参数温度补偿方法,降低了温度漂移对红外探测器和硬件电路的影响,提高了系统稳定性和可靠性.采用改进型静态配气方法对相关性能进行测试.结果表明,甲烷气体浓度检测下限达到5×10-5,具有一定的实际应用价值. Aiming at the problem of long-term drift and poor stability of the detection system for hot light source gas, an infrared gas concentration information detection system is designed and developed based on non-spectroscopic infrared (NDIR) gas detection technology and dual-channel detection method. The system uses double ellipsoid The gas cell structure can realize a long optical path in a small space, thereby reducing the lower limit of gas concentration detection, and introducing a two-parameter temperature compensation method, reducing the influence of temperature drift on the infrared detector and the hardware circuit, and improving the system stability And reliability.An improved performance static gas distribution method was used to test the related performance.The results show that the detection limit of methane gas concentration reaches 5 × 10-5, which has a certain practical value.
