前言渗氮层的脆性是渗氮层质量优劣的重要指标,因受许多因素影响,生产中控制较难。以往对渗氮层的脆性采用维氏硬度压痕周围的碎裂程度来衡量,此法虽简单易行,但无明确的定量概念,故难以精确地评价渗氮层的脆性及影响因素。近年来,提出了用声发射与力学性能相结合的方法评价渗氮层的脆性,可定量地测出表达渗氮层脆性的几个参数,能比较准确地反映出渗氮层的脆性大小。本文以此作为检测手段,对气体渗氮渗层脆性及影响因素进行了研究。一、实验用钢及方法试验采用脆性倾向比较大的38 CrMoAl
Preface The nitriding layer brittleness is an important indicator of the quality of nitriding layer, due to many factors, production control more difficult. In the past, the brittleness of nitrided layer was measured by the degree of fragmentation around the indentation of Vickers hardness. Although this method is simple and easy to implement, it has no definite quantitative concept, so it is difficult to accurately evaluate the brittleness and influencing factors of nitrided layer. In recent years, it has been proposed to evaluate the brittleness of nitrided layer by the combination of acoustic emission and mechanical properties, and to quantitatively measure the brittleness of nitrided layer, which can reflect the brittleness of nitrided layer more accurately. In this paper, as a means of detection, brittleness and influencing factors of gas nitriding layer were studied. First, the experimental steel and the method used to test the relatively brittle tendency of 38 CrMoAl
