对四乙酰乙二胺(TAED)活化的细叶桉CTMP过氧化氢(H2O2)漂白性能进行探讨。在MgSO4用量0.5%,Na2SiO3用量1.5%,浆浓10%的条件下,研究了NaOH用量、TAED与H2O2的摩尔比、漂白时间、漂白温度、H2O2用量对TAED活化漂白性能的影响。结果表明:当NaOH用量3%,TAED与H2O2的摩尔比0.1:1,漂白温度60℃,漂白时间60min,H2O2用量3%时,纸浆白度为74%ISO。
The bleaching performance of CTED hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) activated by tetraacetyl ethylenediamine (TAED) was discussed. The effects of dosage of NaOH, molar ratio of TAED to H2O2, bleaching time, bleaching temperature and dosage of H2O2 on the bleaching performance of TAED were studied under the condition of MgSO4 0.5%, Na2SiO3 1.5% and pulp consistency 10%. The results showed that when the dosage of NaOH was 3%, the molar ratio of TAED to H2O2 was 0.1: 1, the bleaching temperature was 60 ℃, the bleaching time was 60min and the dosage of H2O2 was 3%, the pulp brightness was 74% ISO.
