顶岗实习是我国大力发展职业教育中的“2+1”教育模式,即在校学习2年,第3年到专业相应对口的校企合作中的指定企业,带薪实习12个月,最后由学校统一安排就业。不同于其他实习方式,一方面,顶岗实习让学生完全履行其实习岗位的所有职责,对学生而言是独当一面,并很大程度上锻炼了学生的能力。但另一方面,学生在顶岗实习期间仍然存在很多问题。本文立足于房地产专业,通过对房地产专业学生顶岗实习所面临的问题进行分析,并针对问题提出相关建议。
