目的:优选通络糖泰颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验,以丹参酮ⅡA含量为评价指标,以醇用量、醇浓度和提取时间为考察因素,筛选通络糖泰颗粒的最佳醇提条件;以盐酸小檗碱和干膏率为评价指标,以提取时间、煎煮次数和加水倍数为考察因素,筛选通络糖泰颗粒的最佳提取条件。结果:最佳醇提工艺为加8倍量80%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次30min;最佳醇提工艺为加15倍量水,提取3次,每次30min。结论:优选得到的提取工艺合理、可行、稳定。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Tongluotai Granule. Methods: L9 (34) orthogonal test was used to determine the content of tanshinone Ⅱ A, and the optimum alcohol extraction conditions were selected by the amount of alcohol, the concentration of alcohol and the extraction time. Berberine hydrochloride And dry cream rate as the evaluation index, taking the extraction time, the number of boiling times and the multiple of water as the investigation factors, the optimum extraction conditions of Tongluotai Granule were screened. Results: The optimum alcohol extraction process was adding 8 times the amount of 80% ethanol and refluxing for 2 times, each time being 30 minutes. The optimum alcohol extraction process was adding 15 times the amount of water and extracting 3 times for 30 minutes. Conclusion: The optimal extraction process is reasonable, feasible and stable.
