目的探讨谷氨酰基转肽酶、血尿酸与冠心病的关系及其交互作用。方法病例组选取2010年8月至2011年6月在延边大学附属医院心内科的冠心病患者172例,对照组选取延边大学附属医院体检科参与体检的无冠心病及高血压者203例。测定研究对象的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、空腹血糖(FPG)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、间接胆红素(DBIL)、尿酸(UA),比较分析冠心病组和对照组的GGT和UA水平。结果冠心病患者中GGT和UA水平均高于对照组。高UA组及GGT第三分位组患冠心病的危险分别是正常尿酸组和GGT第一分位组的2.847倍和2.889倍,调整年龄、性别、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、TC、TG、LDL、HDL、FPG、UA后分别为2.358倍和2.667倍。高UA组且GGT第三分位组患冠心病的危险是正常尿酸且GGT第一分位组的5.461倍,调整年龄、性别、SBP、DBP、TC、TG、LDL、HDL、FPG后4.121倍。结论血清GGT和UA与冠心病之间存在相关性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between glutamyl transpeptidase, serum uric acid and coronary heart disease and its interaction. Methods A total of 172 patients with coronary heart disease in Department of Cardiology of Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University from August 2010 to June 2011 were selected. The control group included 203 patients without coronary heart disease and hypertension who were involved in physical examination in the Physical Examination Department of Yanbian University Affiliated Hospital. The levels of TC, TG, HDL, LDL, FPG, AST, ALT GGT, TBIL, DBIL and UA were measured. The levels of GGT and UA in coronary heart disease group and control group were compared. Results The levels of GGT and UA in CHD patients were higher than those in control group. The risk of coronary heart disease in patients with high UA and GGT third quintiles was 2.847 and 2.889 times higher than those in patients with normal uric acid and GGT respectively. Age, sex, SBP, DBP, , TC, TG, LDL, HDL, FPG and UA were 2.358 and 2.667 times respectively. The risk of coronary heart disease in the high UA group and the third quintile of GGT was 5.461 times that of the normal uric acid group and the first quintile of GGT and 4.121 times after adjustment for age, gender, SBP, DBP, TC, TG, LDL, HDL and FPG . Conclusion There is a correlation between serum GGT, UA and coronary heart disease.
