脂类、淀粉类及蛋白质类吸胀种子中的ATP含量与种子幼苗的长度有显著的相关性。ATP含量还能表明各批种子的生活力。因此它可能是实用的种子活力生化指标。在萌发早期,由于生物合成对能量的需要,种子ATP含量增加迅速,因此ATP含量及腺苷酸能量负荷和生长潜力的关系与小麦幼苗中蛋白质和RNA合成能力的关系相似。于是就开始了这样一个设想:各个品种种子活力的鉴别与吸胀种子ATP含量有关。我确实发现ATP含量与黑麦草、油菜和降三叶草种子幼苗的长度及生活力相关联。
There was a significant correlation between ATP content in lipid, starch, and protein swollen seeds and the seedling length. ATP content also shows the viability of each batch of seeds. So it may be a viable biochemical indicator of seed vigor. In the early germination period, the content of ATP in seed increases rapidly due to the energy requirement of biosynthesis. Therefore, the relationship between ATP content and energy load of adenine acid and growth potential is similar to the ability of protein and RNA synthesis in wheat seedlings. So began a vision that: the identification of the vitality of seeds of various varieties and the content of ATP content of the swollen seed. I did find that ATP content was associated with the length and viability of seedlings of ryegrass, rape and clover seed.
