人才流动是对人力资源的进一步优化,也是市场经济社会中一种较为正常的社会现象。人才流动会对人事档案的管理造成一定的影响,特别是对人事档案的信息进行有效的利用方面。人才流动导致档案必须重建,进而使得档案的真实性以及可靠性得不到保障。而档案意识淡薄又会导致人档分离的现象广泛存在,对档案的管理不够规范等问题。本文通过对人才流动的重要性进行分析,进而探讨人才流动对档案管理带来的影响,以及在对档案进行管理时存在的问题,并根据具体的问题探寻相应的解决措施。
Talent mobility is the further optimization of human resources, but also a more normal social phenomenon in the market economy and society. Talent flow will have a certain impact on the management of personnel files, especially for the efficient use of personnel files information. The flow of talent leads to the reconstruction of archives, which in turn makes the authenticity and reliability of the archives unprotected. The lack of awareness of the file will lead to the separation of people files widely exist, the file management is not standardized and other issues. Based on the analysis of the importance of talent flow, this paper explores the impact of talent flow on the management of archives and the problems in the management of archives, and explores the corresponding solutions according to the specific problems.
