为改进HBsAg破坏试验,对比了悬液常量、悬液微量、载体常量与载体微量等4种方法的结果。其中,以载体微量法测出的消毒剂有效剂量最高。载体与回收液的种类对HBsAg回收率有影响,而HBsAg污染量多少对回收率影响不大。
In order to improve the HBsAg destruction test, the results of four methods were compared, such as suspension constant, suspension trace, carrier constant and carrier trace. Among them, the carrier micro-method to determine the highest effective disinfectant dose. The types of carrier and recovery solution have an impact on the recovery rate of HBsAg, while the amount of HBsAg contamination has little effect on the recovery rate.
