目的探讨综合疗法治疗儿童弱视的疗效及注意事项。方法回顾性分析2005年2月—2008年3月综合治疗(戴矫正眼镜;遮盖健眼;精细训练)188例弱视儿童的临床资料。结果通过6个月的治疗,轻度、中度、重度弱视者基本治愈率为91.67%,76.25%,52.08%;屈光不正性、屈光参差性、斜视性弱视基本治愈率为92.13%,71.93%,54.76%;4岁～6岁组治愈率最高为89.47%.结论综合干预手段可以有效地提高儿童弱视的治愈率,其疗效与年龄、弱视程度、弱视类型有关,需要注意调动环境中关系密切群体的力量,提高治愈率。
Objective To investigate the curative effect and precautions of comprehensive therapy in children with amblyopia. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 188 cases of amblyopia in children from February 2005 to March 2008 with combined treatment (wearing corrective glasses; covering eye health; fine training). Results After six months of treatment, the basic cure rates of mild, moderate and severe amblyopia were 91.67%, 76.25% and 52.08%, respectively. The basic cure rate of anisometropia, anisometropia and strabismic amblyopia was 92.13% 71.93% and 54.76%, respectively, and the highest cure rate was 89.47% in the range of 4 to 6 years.Conclusion The comprehensive intervention can effectively improve the cure rate of amblyopia in children, and its curative effect is related to the age, the degree of amblyopia and the type of amblyopia. Closely related to the power of groups to improve the cure rate.
