目的：探讨股浅—静脉瓣膜功能在下肢静脉倒流性疾病诊断中的意义。材料与方法：45例患者，54条下肢经穿造影，共检测股浅—静脉中195对瓣膜的4种功能（正常、轻度、中度、重度损害）。结果：多数患肢瓣膜功能表现不一，瓣膜功能以中度损害为主，倒流程度在Ⅱ级以上的下肢均存在着中度以上的瓣膜损害，下肢深静脉倒流程度与瓣膜功能损害不完全一致。结论：穿造影中下肢深静脉倒流程度与瓣膜功能相结合。更能说明下肢静脉倒流性疾病的轻、重程度。
Objective: To investigate the significance of superficial femoral venous valve function in the diagnosis of venous reflux disease of the lower extremities. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Forty-five patients with 54 lower extremities underwent percutaneous coronary angiography, and were examined for four functions (normal, mild, moderate, and severe) of 195 valves in the superficial femoral vein. Results: Most of the affected limbs had different valvular functions, with moderate impairment of valve function, and moderate to severe valvular damage in the lower limbs with the degree of reverse flow above the level Ⅱ. The degree of deep vein regurgitation in the lower extremities was not consistent with the valvular dysfunction . CONCLUSIONS: The degree of backflow of deep venous and deep veins during wearthrough is associated with valvular function. More to explain the veins of venous reflux disease light and heavy degree.
