目的探讨宁津县6月-7岁儿童体内铜锌钙镁铁含量。方法采用原子吸收光谱法。结果 7岁以下儿童锌含量与正常值比较有显著差异。即7岁以下儿婴幼儿缺锌明显。<1岁正常参考值为79±21μmol/L,1-2岁正常参考值为86±24μmol/L,2-3岁正常参考值93±27μmol/L,3-4岁为101±29μmol/L,4-成人为123±47μmol/L。还有4岁铁含量与正常有显著差别。其他元素无显著差别。结论宁津7岁以下儿童缺锌,4岁缺锌缺铁较明显,7岁以上和成人无显著差别,应注意补锌和铁。
Objective To investigate the contents of Cu, Zn, Ca, Mg and Fe in children aged 6 months to 7 years in Ningjin County. Methods using atomic absorption spectrometry. Results There was a significant difference in zinc content between normal children and children under 7 years old. Namely infants and children under 7 years of age zinc deficiency significantly. <1 year old normal reference value is 79 ± 21μmol / L, 1-2 years old normal reference value is 86 ± 24μmol / L, 2-3 years old normal reference value 93 ± 27μmol / L, 3-4 years old is 101 ± 29μmol / L , 4-adult to 123 ± 47μmol / L.
