自从Jerne提出独特型-抗独特型网络理论以来,独特型的研究工作进展很快,并取得了一定成就。本文仅就独特型的概念、作用机制及乙酰胆硷受体抗体独特型的应用等做一综述。 一、独特型的概念 独特型(Id),也称个体基因型。每一抗体形成克隆所产生的免疫球蛋白分子所特有的抗原性称为此免疫球蛋白分子的Id。此抗原特异性定位于免疫球蛋白的可变区,即抗原结合位,亦即存在于轻链及重链可变区中与抗原决定簇结合的特殊部位。这个部位称为Id抗原
