气、液分离器

气、液分离器是立式圆柱形容器。里边有一个圆柱形隔间,同轴地装在这个容器的顶部。气、液混合物沿容器内壁的切线方向进入。隔间顶部的圆柱形挡板接收的液体撞击在隔间和圆柱档板的上表面。水平打孔板的边缘与隔间内壁之间形成了一个通道。通过这个通道,从圆柱挡板上落下来的液体被一部分分离气体所携带。在平板的下方,两种流体相脱离,气体向上流,通过打孔平板与分离后的气体汇成一体,然后从容器的通道排出。 Gas, liquid separator is a vertical cylindrical container. Inside there is a cylindrical compartment, coaxially mounted on the top of this container. Gas, liquid mixture along the inner wall of the tangential direction into the container. The cylindrical baffle on the top of the compartment receives the liquid that strikes the upper surface of the compartment and the cylinder baffle. A hole is formed between the edge of the horizontal perforated plate and the inner wall of the compartment. Through this passage, liquid falling from the cylindrical baffle is carried by a portion of the separation gas. Below the plate, the two fluids are detached, the gas flows upwards, merges with the separated gas through the perforated plate, and exits through the channels of the container.
