研究目的:水泥砂浆桩是近年来在深层搅拌桩基础上研发出的一种新型软基处理形式,高速铁路对路基工后沉降提出了严格的要求,通过某高速铁路软土路基加固的设计、施工和现场检测试验,研究水泥砂浆桩处理软土地基的加固机理、设计参数、施工工艺和加固效果。研究结论:采用水泥砂浆桩处理高速铁路软土地基是可行的,其可弥补粉喷桩和浆喷桩在塑性指数高的黏性土层中成桩强度低的不足;水泥砂浆桩加固软土地基时需先通过试桩确定其施工工艺、合理的水灰比和灰砂比及施工参数,建议加强水泥砂浆桩的现场施工管理;其桩体质量检验可采取钻探取芯与载荷试验相结合;为保证其水泥土强度和加固效果,28 d龄期内的水泥砂浆搅拌桩上不得有大型机械碾压行走和进行上部的路堤填筑施工。
