目的:观察百花除痘露治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法:制备百花除痘露:取百部、白花蛇舌草、丹参、三七、四季青、白芷等,以最佳配比制作成乳膏。临床疗效观察:将寻常痤疮(Ⅰ～Ⅱ度)患者100例,随机分为治疗组65例,对照组35例。治疗组用百花除痘露,对照组用四环素软膏;每天早、晚各用温水洗脸后涂于皮损处,治疗20 d后判断疗效。结果:有效率(以痊愈加显效率计)治疗组92.30%,对照组47.71%。结论:百花除痘露治疗寻常痤疮的疗效较好,且使用简便,更受患者欢迎。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Baihua acne dew acne treatment of acne vulgaris. Method: Preparation of flowers in addition to acne exposed: Take 100, Hedyotis diffusa, Salvia, Panax, Sijia, Angelica, with the best ratio to produce cream. Clinical Observation: 100 cases of acne vulgaris (Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ degree) were randomly divided into treatment group (65 cases) and control group (35 cases). Treatment group with flowers except acne exposed, the control group with tetracycline ointment; daily morning and evening wash with warm water applied to the lesion at 20 d after treatment to determine the efficacy. Results: The effective rate (recovery and efficiency) was 92.30% in the treatment group and 47.71% in the control group. Conclusion: Baihua acne gel treatment of acne vulgaris better efficacy, and easy to use, more welcomed by patients.
