目的 :建立高侵袭 L ovo细胞亚系以及研究其生物学特性。方法 :应用裸鼠体内连续传代法 ,筛选并建立高侵袭 L ovo细胞亚系 ,并测量 L ovo亚系电泳泳动速率、细胞周期和 DNA含量。结果 :L ovo亚系细胞电泳泳动速率明显高于其母系 L ovo细胞 ;其增殖周期 (S+G2 M)百分率为 5 7.4 % ,高于其母系 L ovo细胞的 4 1.7% ,且其 DNA含量也远高于其母系细胞。结论 :L ovo亚系细胞比 L ovo母系细胞具有更高侵袭力和更快的增殖能力
OBJECTIVE: To establish a highly invasive Lovo cell subline and to study its biological characteristics. Methods: The continuous-passage method in nude mice was used to screen and establish the highly-invasive Lovo cell subline. The electrophoretic mobility, cell cycle and DNA content of the Lovo cell line were measured. RESULTS: The electrophoretic mobility of Lovo cells was significantly higher than that of their maternal Lovo cells. The percentage of S + G2 M in proliferating cells was 57.4%, which was higher than that of maternal Lovo cells Content is also much higher than its maternal cells. CONCLUSION: Lovo cells have higher invasiveness and faster proliferative capacity than Lovo human maternal cells
