This paper analyzes intelligence work from the perspectives of Knowledge Production, Knowledge needs and Communication media, discusses briefly the djffusion and transimision of knowledge, Of the time-independent transfer media. The intelligence work is in the transitional phase of “documentation” (in the organization of the public [institutional]) and “intelligence” (in the non-public sector organizational structure) because of the development of telecommunications technology and its application in the intelligence arena In the possible application (to some extent already applied) impact.
