高超声速飞行器在大气层中高速巡航会遭遇严重的热障问题,采用碳氢燃料对发动机进行主动冷却是解决热障问题可行和有应用前景的解决方案。结合电加热流动传热装置,对碳氢燃料主动冷却的传热规律进行了初步研究。实验结果表明:在近临界区会出现传热不稳定现象,温度和压力脉动明显,并且伴有尖啸声音;当流体远离近临界区,碳氢燃料传热稳定。
Hypersonic vehicle encounters severe thermal barrier in high-speed cruising in the atmosphere. Active cooling of engine with hydrocarbon fuel is a feasible and promising solution to thermal barrier problem. Combined with the electric heating flow and heat transfer device, the heat transfer rule of hydrocarbon fuel active cooling was preliminarily studied. Experimental results show that unstable heat transfer occurs in the near-critical region, temperature and pressure pulsations are obvious, accompanied by screaming sound. When the fluid is far away from the near-critical region, the heat transfer of hydrocarbon fuel is stable.
