在我国政府治理过程中,“两个婆婆”的管理十分普遍,存在岗位职责不清、流程不顺等问题,这与政府运行的机制有十分密切的联系,解决“两个婆婆”的问题需要政府拿出具体的行政措施和解决方案。应该说最好的办法是尽量区分中央政府和地方政府相关职能部门的工作职责,统筹中央和地方的行政权力,使责任明确,职责清晰。本文讨论分析了有关“两个婆婆”管理制度的问题根源,提出了政府治理中解决该问题的对策。
In the process of government governance in our country, the management of “two mom-and-daughters-in-law” is very common. There are problems such as unclear job responsibilities and unsmooth process, which are closely related to the mechanism of government operation. To solve the problem of “two grandmothers” The government has come up with specific administrative measures and solutions.
