经济伦理是企业服务的应有诉求,这是因为企业服务是一种特殊的交往活动,经济伦理是企业服务过程中的必要考量和特殊资本。企业服务具有重要的经济伦理特性和经济伦理价值,其经济伦理特性主要表现为利己与利他的统一性、功利与道义的融合性;其经济伦理价值主要表现为企业服务能够满足人们的精神需要和道德需要,能够促进个体道德人格的形成,能够促进社会经济伦理观念的形成和发展。 Economic ethics is the due appeals of the enterprise service because the enterprise service is a special kind of interaction and the economic ethics are necessary considerations and special capital in the process of enterprise service. Corporate service has important economic ethical characteristics and economic ethical values. Its economic ethical characteristics mainly include the self-interest and altruism’s unity, utilitarianism and morality’s integration. Its economic ethical value is mainly manifested in that enterprise’s service can meet people’s spiritual needs and Moral needs, can promote the formation of individual moral personality, can promote the formation and development of social and economic ethics.
