为了有效预防排水系统可燃气体爆炸事故发生,从排水系统组成特点出发,通过气体的检测,分析了排水系统中危险气体类型和积聚关键点,开发了危险气体监测系统,并在排水系统泵站的集水池进行了气体监测,初步探索了排水系统中危险气体的变化规律以及与排水系统运行工艺之间的关系。系统的应用结果表明:排水系统中泵站集水池是可燃气体易积聚的地方;早晨大气气流稳定时泵站集水池中危险气体容易产生积聚;在排水工艺发生流量不稳定时,泵站集水池中危险气体容易得到释放并积聚。这些规律的发现有利于根据时间和排水工艺进行危险气体变化的预测,为预防排水系统气体爆炸事故的发生提供依据。
In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of combustible gas explosion in drainage system, based on the characteristics of drainage system, the dangerous gas type and key point of accumulation in the drainage system were analyzed through the gas detection. The discovery of these rules is conducive to the prediction of dangerous gas changes according to time and drainage technology, and provides the basis for preventing the gas explosion accidents in drainage systems.
