作者根据TDF(time,dose及fractionation时间、剂量及分级)值对30例用高剂量率作腔内照射的子宫颈瘤评价了最佳的时间-剂量关系。本组7例为Ⅰ期,8例为Ⅱ期,12例为Ⅲ期,3例为Ⅳ期。年龄35~79岁,平均63岁。外照射用~(60)钴远距离治疗机,腔内照射用Ralstron-20A遥控后装系统。宫内管含2个1Ci~(60)钴源(珠),纵排,间距1 cm,治疗期间逐渐从宫底向宫颈口退回,阴道每个含1 Ci之卵园形钴源,病人治疗时取截石位。腔内照射时全部病人A点平均总量为30Gy(戈瑞,吸收剂量),每周1次6 Gy。Ⅰ、Ⅱ期病人
