目的探讨plexin-B1在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与乳腺癌侵袭、转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化supervision法分别检测15例正常乳腺组织和85例乳腺癌组织中plexin-B1的表达。结果plexin-B1在正常乳腺组织中均为阴性表达,在乳腺癌组织中癌细胞和管腔内皮细胞的表达阳性率分别为76.5%(65/85)和70.6%(60/85),其中在有淋巴结转移组分别为87.0%(47/54)和85.2%(46/54),在无淋巴结转移组分别为58.1%(18/31)和45.2%(14/31),两组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。plexin-B1在乳腺癌组织中表达与雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)的状态高度相关,在肿瘤细胞与淋巴管内皮细胞的表达呈显著的正相关(r=0.666,P<0.01))。但其表达与肿瘤大小、临床分期及淋巴结转移数目无关。结论乳腺癌组织中plexin-B1的高表达可能与乳腺癌发生及淋巴道转移密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of plexin-B1 in breast cancer and its relationship with invasion and metastasis of breast cancer. Methods The expression of plexin-B1 in 15 cases of normal breast tissues and 85 cases of breast cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of plexin-B1 in normal breast tissue were 76.5% (65/85) and 70.6% (60/85), respectively. The positive rates of plexin-B1 in breast cancer tissues were There were 87.0% (47/54) and 85.2% (46/54) in patients with lymph node metastasis, 58.1% (18/31) and 45.2% (14/31) in patients without lymph node metastasis, respectively There was statistical significance (P <0.001). The expression of plexin-B1 in breast cancer tissues was highly correlated with the estrogen receptor (ER) status, and there was a significant positive correlation between the expression of plexin-B1 and the lymphatic endothelial cells (r = 0.666, P <0.01) . However, its expression was not related to tumor size, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion The high expression of plexin-B1 in breast cancer tissues may be closely related to the occurrence of breast cancer and lymphatic metastasis.
