微波辅助脱除银杏中银杏酸的工艺研究

为了探讨银杏中银杏酸脱除的最佳工艺,以银杏为原料,采用单因素试验和正交试验分析,探讨了料液比、提取温度、提取时间、乙醇浓度对银杏中银杏酸脱除率的影响,并优化了提取工艺。结果表明,微波辅助脱除银杏中银杏酸的最佳工艺条件为:以浓度为75%的乙醇为提取剂,料液比(m:V)1:35,提取温度60℃,提取时间55 min。此条件下,银杏酸脱除率可达0.191 8‰。微波辅助法与索式提取法相比,提取率虽然略低,但是提取时间缩短了不少。 In order to explore the best process of removing ginkgo in Ginkgo biloba, taking Ginkgo biloba as raw material, single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were used to analyze the effects of material-liquid ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time and ethanol concentration on ginkgo removal rate The impact and optimization of the extraction process. The results showed that the optimum technological conditions of microwave assisted removal of ginkgo biloba were as follows: 75% ethanol was used as extraction solvent, the ratio of solid to liquid (m: V) was 1:35, the extraction temperature was 60 ℃, the extraction time was 55 min . Under this condition, the removal rate of ginkgolic acid can reach 0.191 8 ‰. Microwave assisted method compared with the cable extraction method, although the extraction rate is slightly lower, but the extraction time has been reduced a lot.
