目的探讨用网膜体位固定技术进行腹盆部肿瘤三维适形放疗(3D-CRT)的临床应用价值。方法11例腹盆部肿瘤病人采用拓能网膜体位固定技术完成3D-CRT。通过对患者CT扫描前、后摆位复位验证片以及CT模拟(CT-sim)后射野证实片与计划数字影像重建DRR图上的相关点的移动情况的测量比较,探讨采用网膜体位固定技术完成3D-CRT过程的误差源及误差范围。结果实验结果和误差分析表明用网膜体位固定技术完成腹盆部肿瘤3D-CRT过程不确定度小于5 mm。结论网膜体位固定技术在腹盆部肿瘤3D-CRT中应用是切实可行的。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3D-CRT) for the treatment of abdominal pelvic tumors by using the orthopedic technique. Methods 11 cases of abdominal pelvic tumor patients using the extension of the omentum position fixation technology to complete 3D-CRT. Through the measurement and comparison of the correlative points on the reconstructed radiographs of CT scan (CT-sim) and DRR images of the reconstructed digital radiographs after CT scan, Technology to complete the 3D-CRT process error sources and error range. Results The experimental results and error analysis showed that the uncertainty of 3D-CRT in abdominal pelvic tumor was less than 5 mm. Conclusion The application of omental fixation in abdominal pelvic tumors 3D-CRT is feasible.
