最近,笔者作为评委听了十几节主题为“纪念建党90周年”的主题班会课,发现这些班会课或多或少存以下问题:诗歌礼赞党,内容“假、大、空”;表现形式丰富多彩,但轻易承诺、宣誓,显得幼稚可笑;只有“演出”没有生成,学生活动完全是“被安排”的,连难得的失误也是精心预设的。没有自主参与,没有自然生成的东西,学生何来收获?“好的班会课在学生生命发展历程中所起到的作用,是一些好的学科课堂所不能比的,甚至有可能成为他们一生的‘关键事件’。”那么,我们不禁要问:好的班会课是什么样的?
