森业资源依据时间和空间变化的动态特点,决定了其监测的连续性及林业遥感的长期有效性。航空遥感是其中一个重要的富有生命力的手段。本文分析了黑龙江省第二次(1974—1980)大片林区航摄中12个测区34万平方公里的大量经济、技术数据,归纳出确定最佳航摄面积的数学方法,以最大程度提高森林航摄的经济效益,节省航摄经费,促进摄用衔接。为此提出“航片利用效率”这个新的概念及其计算方法。 通过对几个主要测区的综合分析,指出提高森林航摄管理水平的大项因子(测区设计、面积设计、机型与机场优选、掌握并运用天气规律、使用大像幅航空相机等)论证了森林航摄的发展趋势,为指导今后的森林航摄提供经济指标与科学依据。
