本文在分析双石-2、双铅-2、双钴-2、PT-12、171-30五种双基推进剂侵蚀特性基础上,提出一个对各种推进剂普遍适用的p~αv侵蚀准则。常用的流速准则、密流准则、波别多诺斯切夫数准则,都只能适用于某些推进剂,而且它们仅仅是p~αv准则的一个特例。本文还提出了推进剂适用于什么侵蚀准则的判别方法。最后讨论了p~αv准则的内弹道计算方法、计算与实验结果吻合较好。
Based on the analysis of erosion characteristics of five double-base propellants, such as double-2, double-lead-2, double-cobalt-2 and PT-12,171-30, a p-αv corrosion criterion universally applicable to various propellants . Commonly used flow rate criteria, dense flow criteria, and the Bourdonodos Corvette number criteria apply only to certain propellants and they are just a special case of the p ~ αv criterion. In this paper, we also put forward a method for judging which erosion criteria the propellant is suitable for. Finally, the internal ballistic calculation method of p ~ αv criterion is discussed. The calculation and experimental results are in good agreement.
