[目的 /意义]掌握美国高校图书馆管理进展,为我国高校图书馆编制“十三五”规划及管理图书馆提供借鉴。[方法 /过程]系统梳理并分析23所美国高校图书馆战略规划文本中涉及图书馆管理的目标,整理出较为全面的美国高校图书馆管理战略规划目标体系框架并加以阐述。[结果 /结论]图书馆管理的科学性直接关系到图书馆工作的质量和效益。我国高校图书馆在编制“十三五”规划时,应结合本馆实际,重视图书馆管理的规划。 [Purpose / Significance] To master the progress of the management of the American university library and provide reference for our university library in compiling “Thirteen Five-Year Plan” and managing the library. [Methods / Processes] The system systematically analyzes and analyzes the goals of library management in the strategic planning texts of 23 American university libraries, and organizes and elaborates the more comprehensive target system framework of the strategic management of university library management in the United States. [Results / Conclusions] The scientific nature of library management is directly related to the quality and effectiveness of library work. When compiling the “Thirteen Five-Year Plan”, the university library in our country should attach importance to the planning of library management in the light of the actual situation in our library.
