诊断菌痢的可靠依据是粪便细菌培养阳性,但需要较长时间。为能早期诊断,我院于1978年及1980年夏,在肠道门诊和痢疾病房采用了快速免疫染色法(简称快免法)对诊断菌痢进行了观察,现将结果报告如下: 实验方法及结果一、病例选择菌痢组共292例。急性起病,发热,呕吐,腹痛伴脓血粘液便,有里急后重症状。大便镜检白细胞每高倍视野平均20个以上。对照组共67例。临床有腹泻,但不符合菌痢诊断条件,大便无明显脓血外观,镜检白细胞很少。
