职校教师专业知识结构具有跨界综合的特殊性,课程建设将专业学科、教育学与职业知识相融合,提供了满足教师专业发展特殊要求的实践载体,并通过课程建设“做中学”促进教师专业发展。课程建设“做中学”能调动教师学习的内动力,促使教师完善专业知识结构,激发教师的教学创造性,满足教师发展的个性化需求,帮助教师适应新课程的实施,是职校教师专业发展的有效载体。建议从学校双重意识、组织课程建设“项目+共同体”和周密的帮助机制三方面,构建职业学校课程建设与教师专业发展双赢的组织策略。
