一、前言某产品零件为铝合金薄壁圆筒,其连接处的断裂问题,在研制试验和模拟试验中都发生过,螺钉在试验中也曾剪断。为考核螺钉的强度,进行了振动、冲击试验。在试验过程中,铝合金薄壁圆筒连接处的卡槽又发生断裂。因此,对材料的显微组织,从金相角度上进行研究是十分必要的。为此我们进行了综合分析,其结果在实践中得到了验证。二、圆筒材料及零件工艺简介圆筒材料为超硬铝LC4,φ130×32.5管材,热轧(R)状态。材料成分符合YB604—66标准要求。性能符合YB612—66标准要求。
