少量锡部分固溶于碳化铁中,即改变钢材的伸长强度和硬度,对加工性能十分有害。微量锡通常采用氧化苏木素、邻苯二酚紫等光度法测定,前者干扰因素多,条件苛刻,不易得到准确的结果;后者需用甲苯萃取,氢氧化钠反萃取。本文采用在EDTA存在下,以铍盐作载体的氨分离法富集分离锡,在3M盐酸—0.5M氯化铵底液中以方波极谱法测定,可用于碳钢、低合金钢和基准纯铁中0.00023~0.0455%锡的分析,其相对标准偏差<5%。
