应对气候变化和建立环境治理的全球正义,表面上看是技术和政策问题,可以通过节能减排、技术推广和政策强化来解决,但气候变化危机的实质根源于我们的价值观。在价值层面,是人的过度自利行为和对环境的无限制掠夺,导致了今天所说的气候问题。观念指导行动,价值决定导向。如果不能在价值层面分析、理解导致气候变化的原因,并且从根本上转变现有对待自然的价值取向,人与自然的张力只能会越来越大,气候变化的趋势也不可能从根本上得以扭转。对《礼记》中“天地”概念的使用进行深入考察,可以确立“天地”的本体价值,人在“天地”中的地位和人对“天地”的责任,重新建立我们对“天地”的敬畏之心和责任感,驳斥完全从个人的权利出发来看待自然环境和气候变化,构造一种新型的生态天地观,从而为全球气候问题的根本解决提供一个中国价值思路。
