目的:观察食管癌和贲门癌手术大标本离体前后和固定后的收缩变化规律,计算其离体后和固定后的收缩率,为光镜下贲门部位组织结构和范围测量奠定基础。方法:分别测量食管癌和贲门癌手术切除大标本(不包括癌组织)离体前、后和固定后其长度收缩变化,计算收缩率。结果:①食管离体后的新鲜组织和固定后组织的收缩率分别为42%和31%。②贲门离体后的新鲜组织和固定后组织的收缩率分别为32%和24%。③食管和贲门组织总收缩率分别为64%和49%(P<0.05)。结论:食管和贲门组织在离体后和固定后都发生了显著的收缩变化。不同时期的收缩率不同。食管较之贲门组织在不同的时期、不同的状态下有更明显的收缩变化。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of contractility in esophageal and cardiac cancer specimens before and after operation and in vitro after fixation, and to calculate the contractile rate after in vitro and in vivo fixation, which laid the foundation for the measurement of microstructure and extent of the cardia in the esophagus and cardia cancer. Methods: The changes of length and contraction of esophageal and cardia cancer resected specimens (excluding cancerous tissue) in vitro, before and after fixation were measured respectively, and the contraction rate was calculated. Results: ① The contractility of esophageal fresh tissue and fixed tissue were 42% and 31% respectively. ② After the cardia fresh tissue and fixed tissue after the contraction rate was 32% and 24%. The total rate of esophageal and cardia shrinkage was 64% and 49% (P <0.05). Conclusions: Esophageal and cardial tissues undergo significant contractile changes both in vitro and in vivo. Shrinkage in different periods of different times. Esophagus than the cardiac tissue at different times, different states have more obvious changes in contraction.
