为提高选择性拆卸序列规划的效率,提出了基于蚁群算法的选择性拆卸序列规划方法.建立混合优先关系图,表达了产品各零部件间的几何约束关系和拆卸过程中的稳定性影响.针对拆卸目标件,基于混合优先关系图获取拆卸零件集合,保证准确、快速地拆卸目标零件.运用动态候选集合策略限制蚁群的搜索空间,构建了能快速求解的目标件拆卸序列规划方法.最后通过实例验证了所构建方法的有效性和可行性.该方法充分考虑装配过程中的几何关系约束和装配过程中稳定性的影响,使所得解更具有实际指导意义.,In order to improve the efficiency of selective disassembly sequence planning,a selective disassembly sequence planning approach based on ant colony algorithm is proposed.Hybrid Precedence Graph (HPG) is constructed to describe the geometric constraints among constituting components and components’ stability during disassembly.Then in order to find the object component accurately and quickly,disassembly set for the target is obtained based on HPG.Dynamical candidates set strategy based on precedence relations is adopted to constrain the searching space;and a selective disassembly sequence planning approach based on HPG is proposed.Finally,the validity and feasibility of the proposed approach is verified by a case study.Taking geometric constraint and components’ stability into count,this approach could be more practical.
