本文指出,会展经济作为一种新的经济现象,其对国民经济发展的促进作用不可小觑,也已经引起了各地政府和学者的关注。江门作为中国著名侨乡,会展经济长足发展的同时,正如国内其他城市一样,其存在的很多问题仍需进行法律规制,不容忽视,而其中会展的知识产权保护和会展消费者权益的保护尤其重要,政府管理部门也需要关注其涉法问题。 This paper points out that convention and exhibition economy, as a new kind of economic phenomenon, should not be underestimated for the promotion of national economic development, and has drawn the attention of governments and scholars all over the world. Jiangmen, as a famous hometown of overseas Chinese in China, has witnessed the rapid development of convention and exhibition economy. Just like other cities in China, many problems still exist in the legal regulation and can not be ignored. In particular, the protection of intellectual property and the protection of convention and exhibition consumer rights are particularly important , Government departments also need to pay attention to their law-related issues.
