本文以作者研制的空调用封闭式冷却塔为研究对象,对冷却塔的传热传质过程进行了深入的理论分析和计算;在此基础上,建立了封闭式冷却塔的动态理论模型,利用该模型,对封闭式冷却塔的热工性能进行了动态仿真。建立了封闭式冷却塔的热工性能实验台,系统地研究了喷淋水量、空气流量、入口空气湿球温度等参数对冷却塔性能的影响。实验结果与理论计算结果相一致,验证了模型的可靠性。
In this paper, the closed-type cooling tower for air-conditioner developed by the author is taken as the research object, and the heat and mass transfer process of the cooling tower is deeply analyzed and calculated. On this basis, a dynamic theoretical model of the closed-type cooling tower is established. The model simulates the thermal performance of a closed cooling tower. The experimental bench of the thermal performance of the closed cooling tower was established. The influence of the sprayed water quantity, the air flow rate and the inlet air wet-bulb temperature on the performance of the cooling tower was systematically studied. The experimental results are consistent with the theoretical calculation results, which verify the reliability of the model.
