近年研究证明血管内皮细胞可以产生多种活性肽参与体内代谢活动而被认为是一种“内分泌器官”,其中发现血管内皮素(ET)具有强烈的缩血管作用;血管局部肾素—血管紧张素系统产生的血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ),也同时参与体内代谢,它们通过不同的方式影响内皮细胞的功能。AⅡ和ET具有生物学协同作用,促进血管平滑肌细胞收缩和细胞增殖,而出现一系列病理生理的变化。我科于1992年8月~1993年7月对20例住院的肺炎患儿进行放射免疫分析方法测定血浆ET、AⅡ的含量变化、观察其变化与肺炎的关系,现报告如下。
