基于CORBA规范的请求代理软件技术,分析已有的状态监测与故障诊断系统,将封闭的诊断系统分解并对象化,实现网络环境中的服务对象之间的互操作和重用;在以诊断服务对象为基本元素的诊断问题求解空间中重组服务对象,按不同的应用目标,建构面向领域的故障诊断智能代理体系和面向设备的故障诊断智能代理体系,完成网络环境下的复杂机械设备多专家协同故障诊断。
Based on CORBA standard request agent software technology, the existing condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system is analyzed, and the closed diagnosis system is decomposed and objectified to realize the interoperation and reuse among the service objects in the network environment. For the basic elements of the diagnosis problem solving space reorganization of service objects, according to different application objectives, the construction of domain-oriented fault diagnosis intelligent agent system and equipment-oriented fault diagnosis intelligent agent system to complete the network environment, complex machinery and equipment multi-expert coordination failure diagnosis.
