患者为69岁男性,长期服用保泰松后发现全血细胞减少,停药后血象持续无明显改善已3年,其间数次骨髓检查证实为MDS。骨髓细胞染色体检查揭示所有受检者细胞均有Ph易位〔t(9;22)(q34;q11)〕。本例的骨髓象和染色体所见不一致。鉴于除慢粒以外Ph阳性的血液病患者骨髓中均同时存在正常细胞和Ph阳性细胞,本例的细胞遗传学证据揭示患者为保泰松引起的Ph阳性的慢粒。MDS时期的恶性细胞可
The patient, 69 years of age, had pancytopenia and was found to have pancytopenia. After 3 years of discontinuation, there was no significant improvement in blood picture, with several bone marrow tests confirmed as MDS. Bone marrow cell chromosome examination revealed that all subjects had Ph translocation [t (9; 22) (q34; q11)]. In this case, the bone marrow does not agree with the chromosome.
