为了建立工作场所空气中敌草快和百草枯的亲水色谱测定法,用微孔滤膜采集工作场所空气中的敌草快、百草枯,用流动相洗脱后,高效液相亲水色谱法测定。结果显示,在1.2~120μg/ml范围内,敌草快和百草枯浓度与峰面积均呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r≥0.999 99;方法的检出限分别为0.012、0.06μg/ml,批内和批间精密度均小于5%,加标回收率分别为98.0%~102.3%和97.7%~101.5%,采样效率均为100%,洗脱效率分别为97.3%~99.2%和96.5%~98.7%。样品在微孔滤膜中稳定,于室温下可保存14 d。该方法简便、快速、灵敏,适用于工作场所空气中敌草快和百草枯的测定。
